Thank me for this later! It's so fun, but it's also a lot of work, so if you want to dance your way to a rockstar body (I know Liz is all about the dance, so you might like this, girl), totally do this. Plus, my new fave song is on it...once I'm able to get it on iTunes,I'm downloading it! I can do a bit of the moves, but mostly, I give myself a C-. I'm trying.

Rock on, dance on...all that news!

    Ew, well that's kinda obessive don't you think?

    True, those are hard steps. But I think I can do them. Oh I definitely can do them. After 10 years of hardcore ballet training, I can do them.

    And give it up Adam. If Zac Effron and Ashley Tisdale can do those steps, anyone can. I mean for God's sakes, Vanessa was in heels when she did them!
